Whenever I have a free moment, I like to get out my tablet PC and draw class samples. In this case, I was drawing digital quilt examples for a class I am teaching in AU later in the year.
For technology minded blog readers, I drew and colored the following quilts in Photoshop Elements using my Fujitsu tablet convertible:
What is nice about Photoshop CS or PSE, is that with a 20 second adjustment, you may audition different color options for your quilt:
Here is another digital quilt design that I made, too:
Off to the quilt studio now…. Have fun creating! Carla
Love all of them!!!!! Addicted to color!!!!!
Where can I find general directions of how to do this type thing using PSE?
Hi Judy, where do you live? C
Carla, I would like take your tablet design class for quilters eclass. Do you know when you will be offering this again? Also, I installed the Photoshop Elements trial on my Lenovo tablet pc. It is version 12. I see in your description you teach using version 7. Is there a big difference and will that be a problem? thanks
Hi Susan, Thank you for your interest. I have received a number of emails about this class, if there is enough interest, perhaps I will start a new eclass later in 2014. Btw, any version of PSE can be used in this class- from version 6-12. Thanks, Carla
